Adara provides virtual lactation consulting services for all stages of your journey - from prenatal education, to breastfeeding and pumping support, to transitioning to solids and weaning. Are you a non-gestational parent interested in providing breastmilk? Adara has experience supporting clients through induction of lactation and would love to work with you!

Adara consults for a fee of $100 per hour. She does not accept insurance, however if you have an out-of-network benefit she can provide a superbill to submit to your insurer.

For clients wishing to utilize their insurance coverage, check out Nest Collaborative. Nest is a virtual platform that accepts most insurance plans (including Medicaid); most clients qualify for unlimited visits and no out-of-pocket cost.
